The problem
Most physical therapists in Mexico still keep records in notebooks or Excel, or use general-purpose apps (like Doctoralia) that aren't specific to PT. The few specialized options come from Europe and don't understand how the work is done here. The result: patient info gets lost, follow-ups are inconsistent, and there's no real data to know whether a treatment is actually working.
How I solve it
A tool built just for Mexican physical therapists: a digital record that meets official health regulations, appointment scheduling, visual evidence per session (photos and video), home exercises with follow-up, and an AI assistant that combines the patient's history, medical imaging, and pain trends to help the therapist make better decisions.
